The event will be held at the Double Tree Hotel City Center<\/strong><\/em>, 700 Rogers Avenue, Fort Smith, Arkansas with breakfast starting at 6:15 a.m.<\/strong><\/em>, and the program beginning at 6:45 a.m..<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

“Why are you promoting this Dwayne?” you might ask. [1] I missed a recent Wednesday morning CBMC meeting, and in my absence they made me this year’s chairman.
